Asking, arguing and expressing opinions are just about the most important things for a company’s esprit de corps. Otherwise groupthink will result, and affects the quality of the decisions made. Such a team won’t be able to use the potential of different units and this in turn will curb the desire of team members to make the maximum contribution to the company.
